Revenue & Concentration Analysis

SQL-Based Growth Decomposition & Concentration Risk Assessment

Evaluated revenue growth dynamics, customer concentration risk, and SKU-level dependency using layered SQL architecture, HHI, effective counts, and Pareto modeling. Identified product-level fragility within select categories as the primary structural exposure — not customer or category dependency.

Forecast-Driven Inventory Policy

Demand Forecasting & Simulation-Based Inventory Optimization

Reduced total inventory cost by ≈9% (~$1,684/year) while sustaining a 95% service level. Built and validated a probabilistic demand forecasting model using Holt-Winters and 10,000-run Monte Carlo simulation on 5 years of daily sales data. Designed alternative (R, Q) policies through grid search, balancing holding vs. ordering costs.
